Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Banjaara, we understand that plans can change — and we always try to support our community in the best way possible. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for our events, workshops, and related experiences.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 7 days of booking and at least 7 days before the event date.
Once event arrangements, artist bookings, or logistics have been confirmed, we may not be able to process cancellations, as each experience involves advance planning and collaboration with multiple partners.
Workshops, Sessions & Experiences
Since our gatherings often involve limited spots and pre-booked facilitators, cancellations made after confirmation may not be eligible for a full refund. However, where possible, we’ll do our best to offer partial refunds or credits toward a future event.
Event Cancellations by Banjaara
In the rare case that Banjaara needs to reschedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue, or regulatory issues), participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 16–30 days and credited via the original payment method.
